Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. A freight carrier will call 24–48 hours before arrival to schedule your delivery window. Your sauna arrives on a pallet — curbside or driveway delivery is included at no extra charge.

The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to confirm your address and schedule a window that works for you. If your street has access limitations, let us know at the time of order and we can arrange alternative delivery options. Most residential deliveries are completed without any issues. Freight crates take a beating in transit. Scuffs, scrapes, dust and torn shrink wrap are normal and are not damage — your sauna is packed for exactly that.

Walk around the crate before you sign. If you can see obvious damage to the sauna itself — a crushed corner, a puncture, a cracked panel — refuse the delivery and call us on (307) 201-4597. We arrange the replacement and handle the claim.

If it looks normal, go ahead and sign — but write “Subject to full inspection” on the delivery receipt. Those three words keep your claim open; a clean signature closes it, and most damage only shows once the crate is open. If you find damage while unpacking, photograph it and call us within 48 hours — we resolve it.

No electrician required. Most of our infrared saunas plug directly into a standard 120V/15 AMP household outlet — no hardwiring needed. We recommend using a dedicated outlet for best performance. Plug in and you’re ready within minutes of assembly.
