Does checking my rate affect my credit score?
No. Checking your eligibility for Shop Pay Installments through Affirm uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry is only made if you proceed and accept a loan.
What plan lengths are available?
Shop Pay Installments offers plans of 4, 6, or 12 monthly payments. The 0% APR offer applies to qualifying 12-month plans. Shorter plans may also be available at 0% APR depending on creditworthiness. All available options will be shown to you at checkout before you confirm.
Is there a minimum or maximum order size for financing?
Shop Pay Installments is available on orders between $50 and $30,000. All of our saunas and cold plunge products fall well within this range. There is no upper cap that would prevent financing our premium models.
Can I pay off my plan early?
Yes — there is no prepayment penalty. You can pay off your remaining balance at any time through the Shop Pay app or the Affirm app with no extra charge. Many customers pay off their sauna early once they experience how much they are saving versus spa visits.
What if I am not approved for 0% APR?
Affirm may offer alternative plans at rates between 0–36% APR depending on your credit profile. These will be clearly shown before you accept. You are never locked in — you can decline and pay with a different method if the rate offered is not right for you. All available options and their total costs are displayed transparently.
Does financing affect my warranty or return rights?
No. Whether you pay in full or via installments, your 5-year manufacturer warranty and 30-day return rights are identical. Financing is simply a payment method — it has no effect on your product rights. If you return a product purchased via installments, Affirm is notified and your repayment plan is cancelled accordingly.
