EMF stands for Electromagnetic Field — a type of low-level radiation emitted by electrical devices. Your phone, Wi-Fi router and microwave all emit EMF. In an infrared sauna, the heater panels also emit a small amount.

In a sauna you're sitting very close to those panels for 30–45 minutes — which is why EMF level is worth considering for frequent users. All our saunas are Low EMF, which is safe for regular daily use. For those who want extra peace of mind, we offer Ultra Low and Near Zero options.

Standard Low EMF Under 20 mG Best value · Safe for daily use · All Dynamic entry-range models
Upgraded Ultra Low Under 5 mG Health-conscious choice · Dynamic Elite models
Premium Near Zero Under 3 mG PureTech™ panels · Golden Designs Reserve Edition

Our guidance: If you're new to infrared saunas, Standard Low EMF is perfectly fine. If you plan on daily 45-minute sessions or are sensitive to EMF, step up to Ultra Low or Near Zero — the price premium is typically $200–$600.

Infrared (FAR IR) 113–140°F Panels emit infrared light that warms your body from the inside out. Lower temperature but deeper heat penetration. Standard 120V home plug — no electrician needed.
Traditional Finnish 160–190°F A stove heats rocks to extreme temperatures. Steam is created by pouring water on the rocks — this is called löyly. Intense and deeply authentic. Requires 240V (electrician needed).
Hybrid Both in one Switch between low-temp infrared and full 190°F Finnish steam in the same unit. Maximum flexibility. All hybrid models are outdoor weatherproof cabins.

Not sure which? Choose Infrared if daily recovery, detox or sleep improvement is your goal. Choose Traditional if you want the authentic ritual — the steam, the heat, the Scandinavian experience. Choose Hybrid if you genuinely want both and have outdoor space.

Capacity ratings are based on comfortable seating — not maximum packing. A "2-person" infrared sauna genuinely seats two adults side-by-side, but it's cozy. If you're a couple using it together regularly, it's ideal. For entertaining, size up.

The golden rule: Think about peak use, not daily solo use. If you mostly sauna alone but want the option to go in with a partner or guest — choose 2-person, not 1-person.

1-person: Solo wellness sanctuary. Smallest footprint, fastest heat-up, lowest running cost.
2-person: Couples or solo use with guest flexibility. The most popular category.
3–4 person: Small families or buyers who want to stretch out fully.
6+ person: Families who entertain, or buyers who want to lie down rather than sit.

Free freight delivery on every order. A freight carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — the sauna arrives flat-packed in multiple boxes on a pallet, delivered kerbside.

Assembly: Panel-built, like flat-pack furniture. Most customers assemble in 1–2 hours with a partner. No specialist tools required. Detailed instructions and video guides included.

Electrical requirements:
— Infrared 1–2 person: Standard 120V/15A household plug. Just plug in and go.
— Infrared 3+ person: 120V/20A dedicated circuit (standard electrician job, ~$150–$250).
— Traditional & Hybrid: 240V dedicated circuit required (licensed electrician needed).

Warranty: 5-year manufacturer's warranty on all models. Full terms on each product page.

Financing: 0% APR via Shop Pay. A $1,999 sauna costs around $167/month over 12 months — zero interest, zero down payment required.
