It was 2022 when I bought my first infrared sauna, and I couldnβt believe how hard it was to find a trustworthy dealer.
Iβd been dealing with chronic tension headaches and broken sleep for years. A friend swore her sauna had changed her life. So I started researching β and immediately hit a wall. Amazon had dozens of listings from brands Iβd never heard of, with phone numbers that rang out and warranties that turned out to be worthless PDFs. I ordered one anyway. It arrived with two cracked panels and a heater that smelled of burning plastic. The βcustomer supportβ was an email auto-reply.
After sending it back and paying $340 in return freight, I was $600 out of pocket for the privilege of learning what not to buy.
Eventually I found the right sauna β a Dynamic model, from a small authorized dealer who actually answered the phone. They helped me size it for my basement, walked me through delivery, and called the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. The difference was night and day.
That experience is what every buyer deserves from day one. So I built Iridescent Home to give it to them.
Today weβre an authorized dealer for Dynamic, Maxxus, and Golden Designs β the three most trusted infrared sauna brands in America. We know every model we carry. We answer the phone. And we stand behind every sale with our name and number.
