Thirty minutes in the sauna is all it takes for us to feel completely cleansed and relaxed. As adults in our 50s it is wonderful to have joint and muscle relief after strenuous activity.
I have used it almost every day. Love it! Works perfectly, reaches temperature in twenty minutes, and the radio is a nice bonus.
The interior allows two people seated or one person lying down. The unit heated to approximately 122°F in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this sauna for anyone looking for a solid home wellness addition.

Usually not. Most 1–2 person infrared models run on a standard 120V household outlet — the same one your lamp uses. Larger 3+ person models may need a dedicated 20-amp circuit; every product page states the requirement, and we confirm it with you before you buy.
Why does it only reach 150°F? Traditional saunas hit 190°F.
That's the point. Infrared heats you, not the air — you sweat deeply at 120–150°F, the way sunlight warms you on a cool day. If you specifically want 190°F steam heat, we'll happily point you to our traditional saunas instead.
What does “Low EMF” actually mean?
Our ultra-low EMF Elite models measure 3–5 milligauss at the panel — for context, a hair dryer near your head is 10–70 mG. Every listing shows its tested EMF rating so you can filter for Ultra-Low or Near-Zero if it matters to you.
What if it arrives damaged or I change my mind?
