Thirty minutes in the sauna is all it takes for us to feel completely cleansed and relaxed. As adults in our 50s it is wonderful to have joint and muscle relief after strenuous activity.
I have used it almost every day. Love it! Works perfectly, reaches temperature in twenty minutes, and the radio is a nice bonus.
The interior allows two people seated or one person lying down. The unit heated to approximately 122°F in 30 minutes.
Love this purchase! My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. My husband and dad put it together in about an hour.

Manufacturers publish EMF in three tiers, measured 2–3 inches from the heating panels: Low EMF models read 5–10 milligauss (mG), Ultra-Low 3–5 mG, and Near-Zero under 3 mG. For context, a hair dryer near your head is 10–70 mG. Every listing shows its EMF rating, so you can go straight to Ultra-Low or Near-Zero if it matters to you.
Our smallest, the Dynamic Sicily, is 35½″ wide × 28″ deep × 65″ tall, about an armchair's footprint. Two-person models start at 39″ × 36″ × 73″. Every product page lists the exterior dimensions. Check your ceiling height and the doorways on the way in, and outdoor models need a level, solid foundation. Call or email with your measurements and we'll check the fit with you before you order.

If you have one free where the sauna will go, no electrician is needed. If not, an electrician can add one. 3–4 person models need a dedicated 120V/20A circuit, which usually means an electrician visit, and traditional and hybrid saunas are 240V hardwired.

That's the point. Infrared heats you, not the air, so you sweat deeply at 120–150°F, the way sunlight warms you on a cool day. If you want 190°F heat with steam, we'll point you to our traditional saunas instead.
Inspect the boxes before signing for delivery and report anything on a sauna within 48 hours. We replace damaged panels at no cost. Fire pieces have their own brand windows, printed on each product page.
