Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@iridescenthome.com.
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Some products in particular are available in Canada).
Freight & Curbside Delivery:
Most of our products (saunas, cold plunges) are large items shipped via freight carriers (e.g., XPO Logistics, R+L Carriers, or equivalent). Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver to the curb or driveway — inside delivery is not included. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
Inspecting Your Delivery — Important:
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect your package for visible damage. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. Signing without noting damage may affect your ability to file a damage claim. Contact us at sales@iridescenthome.com within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at sales@iridescenthome.com or (307) 201-4597 within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Shipping Delays:
While we aim to ship within 2 business days, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or weather. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed beyond the stated timeframe.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an error is made, contact us immediately at sales@iridescenthome.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped and may incur additional fees.
Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 7-10 days to arrive at your address, after you have submitted your order.
