Return and Refund Policy

At Iridescent Home, we take pride in delivering premium saunas and cold plunge equipment to our customers across the United States. We understand that purchasing high-ticket wellness products is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident in every order you place with us.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Iridescent Home, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • All original components, accessories, and documentation are included.

  • The item shows no signs of damage, installation, or use.


Items that do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a reduced refund at our discretion.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been assembled or installed.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification.

  • Items returned without prior authorisation from Iridescent Home.

  • Items returned outside of the 30-day return window.

  • Final sale or clearance items (where stated at time of purchase).


3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1 – Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@iridescenthome.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the reason for the return, and supporting photographs where applicable.

  • Step 2 – Await Authorisation: Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  • Step 3 – Pack & Ship: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship it to the address provided in your authorisation email.


4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including but not limited to:

  • Freight or courier charges for returning the item to our warehouse.

  • Any packaging materials required to safely ship the item.

  • Insurance costs to cover the item during transit.


We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Iridescent Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.


Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


5. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. This fee is applied to cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and returning the item to inventory.


Please note that restocking fees may vary depending on the supplier and the specific product being returned. Restocking fees are typically 20–30% of the original purchase price of the product. The exact applicable fee will be communicated to you at the time your return is authorised, and will be clearly outlined before your return is processed.


The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price, minus the return shipping costs (if prepaid by Iridescent Home) and the applicable restocking fee.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


If the return is denied due to the item not meeting our return criteria, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@iridescenthome.com. Include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect.

  • A description of the issue.


Items damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling will be handled through a freight claim. We will assist you in this process where possible.


Defective items confirmed by our team or the manufacturer may be eligible for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is submitted before the item has been dispatched from our supplier's warehouse.


If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, the standard return process and associated fees (return shipping and restocking) will apply once the item is delivered and returned.


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
