The reason we exist

In 2022, I bought an infrared sauna from an online marketplace listing. It arrived damaged. The company never called back. The return cost me $340 in freight — and there was no dealer on the sale to take it up with the manufacturer.

I eventually found an authorized dealer, got the right sauna, and never looked back. But one question stayed with me: how many buyers were going through the same thing — losing money they couldn't get back, on a product that should change their life?

That's why Iridescent Home exists — to give every buyer what I wish I'd had: an authorized dealer who picks up the phone, honors the warranty, and helps you find the right sauna the first time.

Free freight shipping on all US orders, no minimum. In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days. You'll receive tracking and a call from the carrier to schedule your delivery window.

Every sauna comes with its full manufacturer warranty — 5 years on heaters and panels for Dynamic and Maxxus models. As your authorized dealer, we handle all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. You don't navigate it alone.
