Our undertaking to you

The First Session Promise

Every authorised dealer sells this sauna at the same price. What differs is what happens after you buy it. These are the three things we commit to, and what each one actually means on the day it matters.

  1. A real phone line, every day

The most common complaint in this category is not about the sauna. It is that there is nobody to call when something goes wrong. We are reachable on (307) 201-4597, 9am–5pm MT, every day. Catch us outside those hours and you will hear back the next day.

  2. You will know what assembly takes before you buy

We read the manufacturer's own manual for every model we sell and publish what it says — how many adults it calls for, and which tools you need. Not our estimate. Theirs.

Where a manual states nothing, we say nothing. You will not find an invented assembly time on this site — no manufacturer publishes one, so neither do we.

  3. Your delivery and your damage claim, protected

Freight is the one part of this that can genuinely go wrong, and thirty seconds at your door decide whether you are covered. The rule is unforgiving: a clean signature closes the claim.

Scuffs, scrapes and torn shrink wrap are normal — your sauna is packed for exactly that. But if you can see obvious damage to the sauna itself — or a hole in the packaging the size of a softball or bigger, or any damaged wood — refuse the delivery and call us. Otherwise sign — but if there is any mark at all on the crate, wrap or carton, write the word DAMAGED on the receipt along with what you can see. Carriers only accept the word damaged; “subject to inspection” on its own does not keep your claim open. Find damage when you unpack? Call us. Damage covered by a valid claim is put right with replacement parts at no cost to you, or a replacement unit where it is beyond repair, and we deal with the freight company so you do not have to.

What we do not offer, and why

We do not offer a home trial or a money-back return on a sauna that has been assembled and used — and neither can any other authorised dealer, whatever the wording on their site suggests. A sauna is not a product that can be returned once it is built. We would rather tell you that plainly than dress it up.

Unopened, undamaged orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery — and you should know what that costs before you order, not after. Return freight is yours, and our supplier charges a restocking fee, typically 20–30% of the purchase price. On a $1,999 sauna that is roughly $380–$570. The full terms are in our return & refund policy.

Cancelling is free, and it is almost always the better route. Any order can be cancelled at no charge at all, right up until it leaves the warehouse. If you are having second thoughts, call us before it ships and it costs you nothing.
