How does delivery work?

Small items ship by parcel carrier. You will get tracking when it leaves the warehouse.

If anything arrives broken, photograph it and call us within 48 hours and we will replace it.

Does it arrive assembled?

These ship ready to use. Glass wind guards clip together from four or six panels in a couple of minutes and lift out again whenever you want the table back.

What does the warranty cover?

This is The Outdoor GreatRoom Company's warranty, not ours.

The manufacturer's warranty lists terms by product category, and it does not name this item in any of them. We would rather tell you that than borrow a figure from a neighbouring category. Ask us and we will get the term for this exact part in writing before you order.

Cover starts the day you buy it, applies to the original purchaser, and is not extended to a second owner. To claim, the warranty tells you to contact your original selling dealer — that is us.

Crate size, not product size. A crate is sized to the pallet it ships on, so a rectangular enclosure travels in the same crate as a round one of the same span. It describes the packaging, not the piece.

The crated figure is the pallet, not the piece. Crated weight is what the freight carrier works to and why delivery is kerbside. Once the crate and pallet are off, what you are actually moving into position is the product weight above — usually a little over half of it.

Accessories are sized to a specific burner or table footprint, not to a brand. Match the figure in the specifications above to the piece you own before you order.

  • Burner covers and wind guards are sized to the burner opening, not the table top.
  • Protective covers are sized to the table, and the manufacturer's own fitment note is on the linked info sheet.
  • If you are not certain, send us the model and we will check it against the drawing before you buy.
Delivery, and the days after it

These ship by parcel carrier rather than freight, so there is no delivery appointment and nothing to sign for.

  • Glass items are tempered and travel well, but check the carton on arrival and photograph anything broken before you unpack it.
  • Tell us within seven days of delivery if something arrived damaged - that is the window the distributor gives us to file.
  • Keep the carton until you have confirmed the fit.
Warranty

This is the manufacturer's warranty, not ours. The warrantor is The Outdoor GreatRoom Company.

Residential cover, from the manufacturer's published terms: concrete shell 5 years; stainless steel burners lifetime; stainless steel components 5 years; flex lines 5 years; electronic components and gas valves 3 years; pilot assembly 2 years; accessories 1 year. Commercial terms are shorter on most components.

Worth knowing before you buy: cover runs from the date the manufacturer shipped the unit, not the date you bought it; it is not transferable if you sell the property; claims must be made in writing within 10 days of finding the fault; and it is void if any coating, sealer or chemical is applied to the concrete shell.

What we do is answer the phone and arrange the return authorisation with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Installation

Gas connection must be made by a licensed installer, and electronic ignition needs 120VAC at the fire pit. Neither is a DIY step, and both are worth quoting before you order.

The manufacturer publishes its manuals by ignition system rather than by product, and none of them names this configuration. We have asked which one covers it.
