These ship ready to use. Glass wind guards clip together from four or six panels in a couple of minutes and lift out again whenever you want the table back.

Crate size, not product size. A crate is sized to the pallet it ships on, so a rectangular enclosure travels in the same crate as a round one of the same span. It describes the packaging, not the piece.

The crated figure is the pallet, not the piece. Crated weight is what the freight carrier works to and why delivery is kerbside. Once the crate and pallet are off, what you are actually moving into position is the product weight above — usually a little over half of it.

Delivery, and the days after it

These ship by parcel carrier rather than freight, so there is no delivery appointment and nothing to sign for.

  • Glass items are tempered and travel well, but check the carton on arrival and photograph anything broken before you unpack it.
  • Tell us within seven days of delivery if something arrived damaged - that is the window the distributor gives us to file.
  • Keep the carton until you have confirmed the fit.
Installation

Gas connection must be made by a licensed installer, and electronic ignition needs 120VAC at the fire pit. Neither is a DIY step, and both are worth quoting before you order.
