Small items ship by parcel carrier. You will get tracking when it leaves the warehouse.

If anything arrives broken, photograph it and call us within 48 hours and we will replace it.

Does it arrive assembled?

These ship ready to use. Glass wind guards clip together from four or six panels in a couple of minutes and lift out again whenever you want the table back.

Crate size, not product size. A crate is sized to the pallet it ships on, so a rectangular enclosure travels in the same crate as a round one of the same span. It describes the packaging, not the piece.

These ship by parcel carrier rather than freight, so there is no delivery appointment and nothing to sign for.

  • Glass items are tempered and travel well, but check the carton on arrival and photograph anything broken before you unpack it.

Installation

Gas connection must be made by a licensed installer, and electronic ignition needs 120VAC at the fire pit. Neither is a DIY step, and both are worth quoting before you order.

The manufacturer publishes its manuals by ignition system rather than by product, and none of them names this configuration. We have asked which one covers it.
