Every sauna we sell is low-EMF rated — panels run from roughly 5–10 mG down to under 2 mG at the panel, lower still at the body — using carbon or carbon-ceramic heaters. Far-infrared warms your body directly at a comfortable 120–150°F rather than superheating the air.
How long does assembly take?
Most cabins are plug-and-play and assemble in 30–60 minutes with two people and basic tools. 1–2 person models run on a standard 120V household outlet; some larger 4–6 person saunas need a dedicated 240V circuit.
What warranty is included?
Cover runs from 1 to 5 years depending on the component and the brand. Heating elements and electronics carry the longest term and the cabin structure the shortest; commercial use is covered for a shorter period than residential, and cover is not transferable to a second owner. The exact terms for each model are on its product page.
How much is shipping and how fast will it arrive?
Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days via curbside freight, with most deliveries arriving within 1–2 weeks.
Can I finance my sauna?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments splits the cost into monthly payments. Rates run 0–36% APR and are subject to an eligibility check — your rate, term and monthly payment are confirmed at checkout before you commit. Orders over $20,000 also require a down payment.
