1. The agreement. These terms govern participation in the Iridescent Home affiliate program. Joining means accepting them. We may update them; material changes will be sent to active partners by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
2. Approval. Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or decline at our discretion and are not obliged to give a reason. Approval covers the specific site, channel or account named in the application; promoting from a different property requires separate approval.
3. Commission. 5% of the product subtotal of a qualifying order, excluding shipping, taxes, duties and any other charges. There is no per-order cap. Rates may be changed with 30 days’ notice; changes are never applied retroactively to orders already placed.
4. Attribution. 90-day, last-click. A referral is credited when a customer arrives via your affiliate link or applies your assigned discount code, and completes a purchase within 90 days. Where two affiliates would qualify, the most recent click wins. Orders placed by phone or email are credited only where the customer names you before the order is taken.
5. Qualifying orders. An order qualifies once it has been paid in full, shipped and delivered, and has passed its cancellation and return window. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, or found to be fraudulent do not qualify, and commission already credited on them will be reversed.
6. Payment. Commission is held for 90 days from the order date and paid after that, via Shopify Collabs. The hold covers freight transit and the return window described in section 5. US partners must submit a W-9 before payment can be released. You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not pay commission on your own purchases, on orders placed by your immediate household, or on orders to an address you control.
7. Discount codes. Your assigned code, if issued, may not be combined with other Iridescent Home offers. Posting your code to coupon aggregators, deal forums, browser extensions or cashback sites is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
8. Prohibited promotion. You may not:
- Bid on “Iridescent Home”, our domain, or close variants in paid search, or use them in display URLs
- Operate coupon, deal, cashback or loyalty-incentive sites
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, adware, toolbars or any automated click generation
- Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, or post promotional content where it violates the platform’s own rules
- Represent yourself as Iridescent Home, or register domains, social handles or app listings containing our name
- Bid on or impersonate the manufacturers we carry
- Purchase through your own link for your own commission
9. Claims you may not make. This section is not boilerplate. Our suppliers set what we can promise, and a claim you publish becomes our problem. You may not state or imply:
- Any money-back guarantee, risk-free trial, or free returns. We do not offer these. Assembled and used units cannot be returned, and returns that are accepted carry a restocking fee. Our published return and shipping policies are the only accurate source.
- That we are the cheapest or lowest-priced, or that we beat any named competitor on price. We sell at manufacturer-set minimum advertised prices, as do our competitors.
- Any HSA or FSA eligibility, or that a purchase is a qualifying medical expense.
- Any EMF measurement as ours. EMF figures we supply are the manufacturer’s own statements and must be reproduced with the manufacturer named and the measurement distance stated. Do not present them as independently verified, and do not describe any unit as “EMF-free” or “zero EMF”.
- Any medical or therapeutic claim — that a sauna or cold plunge treats, cures, prevents or relieves any condition.
- Any customer numbers, sales volumes, ratings or awards we have not published ourselves.
- That a manufacturer warranty is void, invalid or “grey market” because a unit was bought elsewhere. It is not — the warranty is valid from the date of purchase regardless of retailer, and the manufacturers we carry also distribute through Costco, Amazon, Home Depot and Wayfair. You may describe the difference in service handling; you may not describe a competitor’s stock as counterfeit or unwarranted.
- Any specific APR, monthly payment figure, or “0% / interest-free” financing claim. Rates run 0–36% APR based on credit and are subject to an eligibility check. If you mention financing, use our disclosure wording verbatim.
Discounted, promotional or price-restricted pricing may only be advertised at the price shown on our site at the time of publication.
10. Disclosure. You must disclose the relationship clearly and conspicuously
wherever you promote us, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides and any local equivalent.
Affiliate links must carry rel="sponsored".
11. Trademarks. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name and logo to identify Iridescent Home in your promotion. Manufacturer trademarks belong to their owners; we grant no rights in them. Use product images as supplied and do not alter them beyond resizing.
12. Termination. Either party may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. On termination you must remove affiliate links within 14 days. Commission on qualifying orders placed before termination is still paid, except where termination follows a breach of sections 7, 8 or 9 — in which case unpaid commission is forfeit.
13. Relationship. You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.
14. Liability. The program is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to commission owed and unpaid. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your promotional content, including any claim under section 9.
15. Governing law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be commenced in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
