All orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive tracking information via email.

A freight carrier will contact you by phone 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery window. Your item will arrive via a 53ft freight truck and will be unloaded to your curbside or driveway only, on a large pallet — please ensure clear access on your delivery day.

Upon delivery, inspect all boxes immediately for visible damage. Note any minor scuffs or dents on the delivery receipt, and refuse delivery if you see any large holes or severe damage to the packaging.

Please note: additional charges may apply for deliveries to islands, remote locations, or areas with difficult access. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, contact us before placing your order.

For Returns: All returns are subject to a 20–30% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. You are also liable for any shipping costs back to our warehouse. How is my cold plunge delivered?

Your cold plunge ships via freight truck (LTL freight). Delivery is curbside — the driver will bring it to the end of your driveway. You'll need to arrange moving it inside yourself, or hire a local moving service. You'll receive a call from the freight carrier 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a window that works for you.

Most cold plunge arrive on a pallet and will require 2 people to carry inside.

What if my cold plunge arrives damaged?

Inspect the packaging carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage to the box or pallet, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately.

Contact us at Sales@Iridescenthome.com or call (307) 201-4597 within 48 hours with your photos. We will work directly with the freight carrier and manufacturer to get replacement parts or a full replacement shipped to you at no extra cost.

Do not refuse delivery — accepting damaged freight and documenting it is the fastest path to resolution.

Can I finance my cold plunge with monthly payments?

Yes! We offer 0% APR financing through Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm). You can split your purchase into equal monthly payments with no interest and no hidden fees.

To use financing, simply select Shop Pay at checkout and choose the installment plan. You'll see your monthly payment amount before you confirm your order. Most customers pay as little as $100–$200/month depending on the model.

As an authorized dealer, we support warranty claims directly. If anything goes wrong, contact us first at Sales@Iridescenthome.com and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your sauna. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us before initiating a return — we'll do everything we can to make it right, whether that's troubleshooting an issue, replacing a part, or finding a better-fitting model.
