The trade-offs are about service, not coverage: the manufacturer's warranty covers the original purchaser at the original installation site, backed by the sales receipt, wherever you bought it — but it routes customer service through the seller, so who answers the phone and arranges a repair matters. Hidden costs such as curbside-only freight, electrical prep, and self-assembly also apply. Worth knowing either way: it is non-transferable and ends if the sauna changes owner or moves.

We accept returns of unassembled units within 30 days, less a restocking fee. Costco's return policy is more generous than ours, and that is a real point for them. Where we help is after the return window: we handle warranty claims with the manufacturer for you.

Yes. Monthly payments through Shop Pay Installments, where rates run 0–36% APR, subject to an eligibility check. On the Dynamic Gracia, twelve payments works out to about $166.58 a month before interest. Checking your rate has no impact on your credit score. Costco does not offer specialized financing on sauna purchases.
