About This Collection

What low-EMF actually means.

Low-EMF infrared saunas are the reason this store exists. Every model here is measured at 10 milligauss or below at seating position — most far lower — from the $1,899 Dynamic Gracia to Maxxus Canadian Cedar cabins. If you want to go lower still, we ladder the catalog by measured tier: Ultra-Low EMF (<3 mG) and Near-Zero EMF (<1 mG). We publish the rating on every listing so you're never guessing, and we're an authorized Dynamic, Maxxus, and Golden Designs dealer, so the 5-year manufacturer warranty applies. New to EMF numbers? Start with our plain-English low-EMF guide and the honest answer to are infrared saunas safe?

Contrast Therapy

Pair the heat with a cold plunge.

Alternating sauna heat and cold immersion amplifies both — circulation, recovery, and a clean jolt of mental clarity, all from home.

Step One

Infrared Sauna

Deep heat penetrates muscle and joint and triggers a detox sweat. 20–45 minutes primes the body for the cold.

Step Two

Cold Plunge

Cold immersion flushes inflammation and floods the brain with norepinephrine — alert, recovered, energised.

Common Questions

Low-EMF saunas, answered plainly.

What counts as “low EMF” in a sauna?
There is no legal standard, so the label varies by seller. We use it as a rated tier ladder: standard Low EMF panels read roughly 5–10 mG at the panel, Ultra Low panels 3–5 mG, and Near Zero under 3 mG — all a fraction of everyday appliances like hair dryers. That shielding is exactly what you are paying for in this collection.
What is the difference between Low, Ultra Low and Near Zero EMF?
They are tiers of shielding. Low EMF panels read roughly 5–10 mG at the panel. Ultra Low EMF (Dynamic’s Elite line) steps down to 3–5 mG panels, and Near Zero EMF (select Maxxus models) is rated under 2 mG at the panel. Each step up costs a few hundred dollars more; the heat experience is identical.
Can I verify the EMF rating myself?
Yes. EMF is measured with an inexpensive handheld gaussmeter. Take readings at seating position with the heaters running — that is where exposure matters. Readings drop off sharply with even a few inches of distance, so measurements taken directly against a panel will always look higher than what you experience on the bench.
Do low-EMF heaters produce less heat?
No. The shielding reduces the electromagnetic field, not the far-infrared output. These saunas run the same comfortable 120–150°F as standard infrared models and reach operating temperature in 10–15 minutes.
Do I need an electrician or special wiring?
For most models, no — 1–2 person low-EMF saunas plug into a standard 120V household outlet and assemble in 30–60 minutes with two people. Some larger 4–6 person models need a dedicated 240V circuit; the product page always says so in the specs.
